Trained in Rishikesh, India, Katie Manz is a 200-hour yoga teacher with a foundation in Hatha yoga. With a lifestyle rooted in hiking, running, and skiing, she approaches yoga as a tool for injury prevention, recovery, and longevity—especially for active bodies. Her teaching blends traditional practice with practical movement designed to support real life and real terrain.
